Subject: Appointment of Ombudsman and Ethics Officer – Reg.

The Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Hon’ble Justice Suresh Kumar Kait (Retd.) as the Ombudsman, and Hon’ble Justice K.C. Bhanu (Retd.) as the Ethics Officer of the Association.

Justice Suresh Kumar Kait formally assumed charge as Ombudsman on 25th July 2025, and will henceforth preside over matters pertaining to grievances, complaints, and dispute resolution, in accordance with the HCA Byelaws Rules and Regulations.

The Association also confirms that Justice K.C. Bhanu will continue to serve in his role as Ethics Officer, and will be available for consultations and hearings every Monday and Thursday between 10:30 AM and 1:00 PM, at the HCA premises.

All affiliated members wishing to submit grievances, representations, or matters for the attention of the Ombudsman or Ethics Officer are requested to do so in writing at the HCA Inward Section, using the prescribed format like earlier.
A copy of such submissions for Ombudsman must also be forwarded to the official email ID: hcaombudsman@gmail.com, to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
