FOR CLUBS

Step By Step Procedure to Fill the Form Online.

To start with, firstly see that you have a good internet speed and connected to the internet.

1. Open Supported Browser in the PC ex: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Internet Explorer.


2. Click on the Link 1 or Link 2 in your browser or copy & paste the link on the browser, It will redirect you to the `Google Sign ` in to fill the form.


3. You need to fill the email credentials and login, once logged in you can start filling the form with correct details, details once submitted to HCA cannot be changed.


4. Basic Information required of the Clubs for the Player Registration is to be submitted in Page 1 of the online FORM


5. Once the details in the page 1 OF THE Form are filled, You need to click NEXT button which can be found on the bottom left side of the Page 1 in the Form.


6. Once you click on Next. You will be redirected to Page 2 & Section 2 of the Form

Uploading the Forms of the Players Registration

Each Club must upload Players Registration for a minimum of 12 Players to a maximum to 18 players

You are advised to click on each of the drop down questionnaire and upload the form of each player. Individually fill in the form of all the players being registered by the club.

Once you have finished your process of uploading the forms kindly acknowledge the self declaration at the s.no 26 and submit the same to HCA for the process to get completed

Now , Click on the SUBMIT option to get the response recorded to the Servers of HCA.

Now that your form is filled and submitted to HCA, You need to check your email so that you will receive a copy of the submitted form, This is for your record

Once your responses are recorded are HCA, The Hyderabad Cricket Association will send a mail to the official mail of the club asking all the registered players of the clubs to attend Hyderabad Cricket Association, RGICS stadium for Headshots to be taken for issuing Identity Cards.

5. Documents such as Adhar card, SSC Marks memo and Latest Passport size photograph should be uploaded in PDF or JPG only. The maximum Limit of the File should not exceed 10 Mb.


6. Once the details in the page 1 OF THE Form are filled, You need to click NEXT button which can be found on the bottom left side of the Page 1 in the Form.


7. Once you click on Next. You will be redirected to Page 2 & Section 2

Self Declaration Form of Player

You are advised to go through the questionnaire in the Section 2 and select the responses accurately.

Once you have finished your responses for all the questions. Click on the submit to get the response recorded to the Servers of HCA.

Now that your form is filled and submitted to HCA, You need to check your email so that you will receive a copy of the submitted form, This is for your record
